Here you will find all information about HR FESTIVAL europe, the leading event for HR professionals in Switzerland.

In four halls and on 15,000 m², new products and services, creative solutions and the coming trends in human resources will be presented. Inspiration and ideas on current topics are provided by the keynotes, the numerous presentations and input speeches.

On the Action Stage, the Swiss HR Award is presented in four categories. The projects are presented to the audience in live pitches. The winners are chosen by means of a public vote, which results in a very exciting award show.

The HR FESTIVAL europe will take place on 25 and 26 March 2025.

Where does HR FESTIVAL europe take place and how do I get there?

Messe Zürich, Wallisellenstrasse 49, 8050 Zürich

Train / Tram / Bus
Travelers from Zurich main station have various connections by S-Bahn, streetcar or bus to Oerlikon station, or directly to Messe Zürich. From Oerlikon station, Messe Zürich is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Car
When traveling by freeway from Basel, Bern, Chur, Lucerne and St. Gallen, follow the “Z” sign to the Zurich Exhibition Center. Parking spaces are available in the Messe Zürich parking garage on Hagenholzstrasse.

SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATION

All keynotes will be translated simultaneously (German, French, English).

  • Please bring your own headphones for the translation.
  • Download the “Syntax Translations” app in advance from the App Store or Google Play Store.
  • You will receive all further information directly at the event.

BREAK THE NORM PARTY

As networking is an important part of HR, we celebrate the big BREAK THE NORM networking party together on the first evening of the HR FESTIVAL europe. It will be unforgettable – and you will be ‘right in the middle of it, not just watching”!
Take advantage of this unique opportunity to make contact with visitors, speakers and innovative exhibitors and expand your network. Of course, first-class entertainment will also be provided!

The Break the Norm Party takes place at 5.30 p.m. on the first day in the Main Stage area.

An entry ticket is required and can be purchased when registering for HR FESTIVAL europe or on site.

A large selection of different food suppliers awaits the visitors, which are distributed in all 4 halls. An overview will be published at a later date.


HOW SUSTAINABILITY WORKS

STAY HYDRATED at the HR FESTIVAL europe

Sustainability is important to us. That is why we are continuing our cooperation with FILL ME and Kärcher at the HR FESTIVAL europe 2025, with the aim of creating an event that is as PET-free as possible.

As in previous years, there are several Kärcher water stations in the halls where you can get free water. Borrow a FILL ME bottle or bring your own drinking bottle. After your visit, return the borrowed FILL ME bottle at the exit so that it can be washed and used again.
