A FESTIVAL IN THE TRUEST SENSE OF THE WORD!
6,000 visitors attended the HR FESTIVAL europe at Messe Zürich on 26 and 27 March 2024, confirming that it was a success: This is THE leading event for HR professionals in Switzerland. In addition, all exhibitors and speakers came, so that the halls were filled with a total of 7500 HR professionals and the two days became an absolute highlight for the entire HR community.
With the topics Stages Corporate Health, Talent Management, Artificial Intelligence, Recruiting and Future of Work, the panels, the top keynotes and the two award ceremonies, the hot topics of HR were covered in all facets!
The BREAK THE NORM networking party on Tuesday evening brought the main stage to life and was rounded off with delicious food and great music from Marius Bear. Thanks to our cool concept with the cold-hot bubbling water dispensers from Kärcher and the reusable FILL ME bottles (an absolute eye catcher), there was much less waste from disposable bottles and a significant contribution was made to sustainability.
The HR FESTIVAL europe is definitely "the place to be" for everyone who wants to make a difference in HR.

The third edition of HR FESTIVAL europe took place at Messe Zürich on March 26 and 27, 2024. The event attracted over 6,000 HR professionals. The audience was enthusiastic about the top-class speakers, the panel discussions on the new challenges of the world of work, and the conversations with the approximately 200 HR service providers. We are already looking forward to the next time on March 25 and 26, 2025!
