ARRIVAL & LOCATION

Where does the HR FESTIVAL europe take place and how do I get there?

Messe Zürich, Wallisellenstrasse 49, 8050 Zürich

Train / Tram / Bus
Travellers from Zurich Main Station have various connections by train, tram or bus to Oerlikon station, or directly to the stop “Messe Zürich”. From Oerlikon station, Messe Zürich is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Car
When taking the motorway from Basel, Bern, Chur, Lucerne and St. Gallen, follow the “Z” sign to the Zurich Exhibition Center. Parking spaces are available in the Messe Zürich parking garage on Hagenholzstrasse.

EXHIBITOR TICKETS

Here, you can obtain exhibitor tickets for yourself, your staff at the booth, and speakers. There is no limit to the number of staff members allowed at the booth.

Depending on your booth size, you will also receive the following number of free tickets for the BREAK THE NORM Party with Baba Shrimps on the evening of March 25:

  • Start-up booths, lounges, and booths up to 12m² → 2 free tickets
  • Booths from 16m² to 20m² → 4 free tickets
  • Booths of 24m² or larger → 6 free tickets

On February 12, you will receive a separate email with your personal discount code for the party tickets.

The code is limited per company, not per person. Free party tickets are exclusively for exhibitors, and the code may not be shared with customers. Additional party tickets can be purchased at the special price of CHF 60.00.

IMPORTANT: If you book a party ticket, regular admission is already included, and you do not need to book an additional exhibitor ticket.

Would you like to invite your best customers to the party as well? No problem!
Simply send us an email at info@hrfestival.ch with the desired number of tickets. You will then receive individual codes at the special price of CHF 60.00, which you can pass on to your customers (regular price for attendees: CHF 99.00).


TICKETING AND YOUR PERSONAL DISCOUNT CODE

This year, visitor entry remains subject to a fee. However, all exhibitors will once again receive a code that can be shared unlimitedly with customers. With this code, your customers and other interested HR professionals can obtain a free ticket on our website for both event days (excluding the party).

Please note that the code is only valid for the HR-Professionals ticket category. All other customers and partners who do not work in the HR field must purchase a paid Networking Ticket, as the code does not apply to this category. Visitor tickets are available on our website.

Visitor Ticket Prices

  • Admission for both days: CHF 60.00 (free with your code)
  • Admission for both days incl. party: CHF 159.00 (CHF 99.00 with your code)

You can find your personal discount code in the Exhibitor Portal. Simply log in and scroll down.


EXHIBITOR PORTAL

To make managing your entry in the exhibitor directory as simple as possible, we have set up a personal exhibitor portal for you.

From now on, you can manage your entry in the exhibitor directory independently and make changes at any time. Your personal discount code can also be found in the portal.

After registering for the HR FESTIVAL europe, you will receive an automatic e-mail with a link to set your password. You can then log in via our website to edit your entry.
Important: At the moment the exhibitor portal is only available in German.

We kindly ask you to update your entry as soon as possible, at a minimum with a logo and description.

Please also note the following:

  • Existing Entries
    If you have previously been an exhibitor at HR FESTIVAL europe, your details and logo from the existing entry have been automatically transferred. Please check whether the information is still up to date.

  • Language
    If your entry is to appear in an additional language in the exhibitor directory (EN or FR), please send the text to us at info@hrfestival.ch. We will gladly add the entry in the desired language.

  • Email Address
    You can update the email address under “Profile” if someone else is to manage the entry. Please note that it is not possible to save more than one email address.

If you are unable to edit the entry for any reason, please alternatively send the following form along with a logo to: info@hrfestival.ch.

BOOKING SPEED MEETINGS

The HR FESTIVAL europe is becoming even more dynamic! This year, we are introducing Speed-Meetings for the first time, taking place in the conference rooms of Messe Zürich.

Exhibitors have the opportunity to present a specific product or service of their company in a 15-minute session, away from the lively festival area. Visitors of the HR FESTIVAL europe have been able to register for the Speed-Meetings free of charge since February 11.

This creates the perfect balance between a vibrant festival atmosphere and targeted business networking.

What are the benefits?

Valuable leads: After the event, you will receive the contact details (first and last name, email, job title, and company) of all participants.

Targeted attention: Present exclusively to industry professionals who have registered in advance and show genuine interest in your offering.

Quiet atmosphere: The Speed-Meetings take place in the conference rooms of Messe Zürich, away from the hustle and bustle of the exhibition hall.

Did you miss the deadline but would still like to book a Speed-Meeting? A few spots are still available! If you are interested, please contact us at booking@hrfestival.ch.

Exhibitors who have booked a Speed-Meeting will receive an email with all organizational details in the coming weeks.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION: ALL INCLUSIVE STANDS

Print data
If you have booked an All -nclusive stand package (exception: 10 m2 lounges), you will be contacted directly by our stand builder formfoundation by mid-December. You will receive a sketch with the detailed dimensions and the exact requirements for the print data.

Power connection
Your All Inclusive stand package includes a power connection (2.3 KW). If you require additional power connections, these must be booked in advance using the Messe Zürich tool.
Deadline: 3 March 2025, after that express fee of CHF 150.00

Stand cleaning
Please note, that this package does not include stand cleaning. This can also be booked via the tool if required.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION: CUSTOM STANDS

If you have only booked the stand space, no further services are included. Please note the following:

Electricity and other additional services
All additional services can be booked via the Messe Zürich tool.
Deadline: 3 March 2025, after that express fee of CHF 150.00

Partition walls
Please remember to plan a partition wall to separate you from your neighbouring stand(s).

Floor covering
Your booked stand area does not have a floor covering. This must also be organised separately via your stand constructor.


ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Stand catering
You can book catering services through the Wassermann & Company webshop. For any inquiries, please contact Wassermann & Company directly by phone at +41 61 201 08 45 or via email at sales@wassermann-company.ch.

Additional furniture and screens
Additional furniture or screens can be ordered directly here via our stand builder formfoundation.
Deadline: 3 March 2025, after this date a 30% surcharge applies

Flowers
When ordering flower bouquets and arrangements from Fleurop, exhibitors benefit from a 10% discount. Please contact Natascha Bauer (natascha.bauer@fleurop.ch) for this.

Stand personnel
If you need additional stand personnel, you can book them directly through Coople.


SPECIAL OFFER FILL ME

What if you could both strengthen your brand and make a positive contribution to the environment with one simple decision?

SCAN2LEAD

This year, we are once again offering the Scan2Lead tracking solution to help you make the most of your exhibition participation!

Forget about the time-consuming task of typing in and collecting business cards after the event. With Scan2Lead, you can simply scan the QR code on the badges of visitors and exhibitors and receive all the information in real time.

Simply fill out the order form and send it to info@hrfestival.ch.


SOCIAL MEDIA KIT

Social media is the key to greater reach and visibility. With targeted posts, you can not only draw attention to your participation in the HR FESTIVAL europe, but also attract visitors to your stand and thus make long-term contacts.

We have put together our social media kit for you so that you are ideally equipped for this. It contains ready-made graphics and texts that you can easily integrate into your online communication. The posts can be personalised and supplemented as you wish.

Due to the Swiss HR Award, dismantling in Hall 4 can only take place from 17:30 on 26 March.

At the beginning of March, you will receive an email from our handling operator Sempex with the login details for the logistics tool, where you can book your slots for delivery and collection.

Material delivery

Magazines and other materials, such as giveaways, can be sent in advance to the warehouse of the official exhibition freight forwarder, Sempex.

Deliveries will only be accepted from March 17 to March 24, 2025.

All shipments must be announced via the parcel notification form and sent to exhibitions.zuerich@sempex.com at least two days before arrival. For any questions, you can contact Sempex at +41 (0) 58 307 77 60.

For storage shipments exceeding 1m³, please contact Sempex directly.
