Where does the HR FESTIVAL europe take place and how do I get there?

Train / Tram / Bus
Travellers from Zurich Main Station have various connections by train, tram or bus to Oerlikon station, or directly to the stop “Messe Zürich”. From Oerlikon station, Messe Zürich is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Car
When taking the motorway from Basel, Bern, Chur, Lucerne and St. Gallen, follow the “Z” sign to the Zurich Exhibition Center. Parking spaces are available in the Messe Zürich parking garage on Hagenholzstrasse.

As our aim is to make the event even better year after year, we have once again planned a number of innovations for the upcoming HR FESTIVAL europe.
Speed meetings
For the first time, speed meetings will be offered in the conference rooms of Messe Zürich. This enables you to present your product or service to interested visitors in an exclusive setting outside the exhibition area. Interested parties must register in advance and space is limited to 20 people. You will find all the details below.
Entry in the exhibitor directory
You can now create and manage your own entry in the online list of exhibitors on our website. This gives you the opportunity to make changes independently and easily. You will also receive the corresponding login and detailed instructions in November.
Hall plan and repositioning of the Action Stage
We have optimized the hall plan and adjusted the stand numbering accordingly. The definitive stand number was communicated when the registration was confirmed. The Action Stage in Hall 4 is now located at the edge of the hall and no longer in the middle. This repositioning contributes to a quieter atmosphere during the panel discussions.

BOOKING SPEED MEETINGS
The HR FESTIVAL europe is becoming even more dynamic: next year, we will be offering Speed Meetings in the conference rooms of Messe Zürich for the first time.
All exhibitors have the opportunity to book one or more slots for Speed Meetings, where you can present a specific product or service of your company for 15 minutes away from the lively festival area. Visitors can register for the Speed Meetings free of charge in advance.
In this way, we create the perfect balance between festival atmosphere and targeted business contacts.
Below you will find the most important details as well as the booking form including an overview of all available slots. When registering, please indicate the day and time as well as the respective slot number listed in the document.
- The Speed Meetings take place in the conference rooms of Messe Zurich and last 15 minutes each.
- The price per booked slot is CHF 500.00.
- A maximum of 2 slots can be booked per day. Please submit one booking form per Speed Meeting.
- The capacity is limited to a maximum of 20 people. Registration is required.
- If there are fewer than 10 registrations one week before the event, the Speed Meeting will be cancelled. There will be no cost incurred for you.
- If fewer than 10 participants check in at the event, the registration fee will be refunded.
APPLICATION FOR INPUT PRESENTATIONS
All exhibitors who have booked a regular stand space can apply free of charge for a 30-minute Input Presentation on one of the following four stages:
- Future of Work Stage
- Corporate Health Stage
- Recruiting Stage
- Talent Management Stage
Please send the completed form to info@hrfestival.ch by December 6, 2024 at the latest.
Please note that submission of the application does not constitute acceptance. The HR FESTIVAL europe team will determine the definitive programme and the timing of the input presentations. We will get back to you by the end of December.
TICKETING
Entrance will again be subject to a charge for visitors next year. However, all exhibitors will once again receive a code that they can pass on to customers and other interested HR professionals from their environment, thus enabling them to enter free of charge.
Ticketing will open in January 2025 and you will receive your personal code around two weeks beforehand.
SOCIAL MEDIA KIT
By the end of January at the latest, we will provide you with a social media kit with graphics and posts in order for you to promote your participation as easily and effectively as possible on social media and increase the visibility of your company.
