Susanne Nickel is an expert on work and change, a lawyer and business mediator. She has made it to the top speakers in Germany in a very short time: Why: She is passionate about her topics and is always in tune with the times with her 8 books. In the meantime, she has also shed light on developments relating to new work, leadership, generation management and change in guest articles for Focus and Handelsblatt.
She was most recently a manager and consultant at the Haufe Group and at Kienbaum and has worked in and out of almost all DAX 30 companies for many years. From mindset change to successful implementation – she knows how change really works in the world of work. Before Susanne Nickel became a speaker, she appeared on television for many years as a press spokesperson and legal expert and was known for explaining complex issues in simple terms. She is not afraid of change herself, either privately or professionally, and we will hear more about this in her talk in a moment.
