Simon Schnetzer is one of the leading youth researchers in Europe and an expert on Generations Y, Z, Alpha and Generations Together. Since 2010, the author of the Youth in Germany / Austria / Switzerland studies has been researching the influence of trend topics such as digitalisation, climate and coronavirus on the living and working environments of tomorrow. As a speaker and employer coach, he helps brands and companies to understand, lead and retain the younger generation.
Born in Allgäu, he is a participation expert and works with creative formats such as “Die Zukunftsgestalter”, innovation sprints and trend labs to develop solutions together with young people and shape the working world of tomorrow. In his talks and coaching sessions, he inspires participation and togetherness in an entertaining way.
