Book a connection for electricity or water
Exhibitors who have booked all-inclusive stands (exception: 10m2 lounges) directly through HR Today will be coordinated by our stand builder formfoundation. The production of these stands will take place until mid-May.
Don’t forget to order additional services as electricity, Internet access (cable), water connections or stand cleaning (> order now.) An open Wi-Fi is available to all exhibitors free of charge.
All this services – including stand cleaning – must be booked in advance. Orders must arrive at Messe Zürich 3 weeks before the first day of the fair. For orders placed later, an express fee of CHF 150.00 will be charged by the fair.

Drinks and snacks, which you give to the customers free of charge, may of course be procured yourself.

Information for stand builders
Book time slots for assembly and dismantling at the trade fair
(For exhibitors who bring their own stand)
In the coming weeks, Handling Operator Sempex will provide you with a link for the logistics tool to book your time slots for assembly and dismantling your stand.
The booking of the time slots is mandatory and must be made no later than 48 hours before the start of the fair.
Logistics at the trade fair
Magazines and other promotional materials such as.B giveaways can be sent to Sempex’s warehouse in advance. Shipments can be accepted and stored from 23.05.-27.05.2022.
All deliveries must be sent to the e-mail address (at least 2 days before) email@example.com . If you have any questions, please contact Sempex on +41 (0) 58 307 77 60.

Exhibitor night / party
The exhibitor evening will take place on Tuesday, 31 May 2022 from 5:30 pm. Two tickets per exhibitor are available free of charge. Additional persons can be booked for an extra charge of CHF 60.00 / person.

Parking / Book your park ticket
Would you like to book parking tickets for the total fair or individual days? Please let Sara Bugmann know by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) what you need by 11 May 2022 at the latest. You can pick up the ordered parking tickets (exit ticket) for the Parkhaus Messe Zürich at the HR FESTIVAL in the trade fair office (“Messebüro” main entrance on the left). Billing takes place according to the HR FESTIVAL.
Parking ticket for totally 4 days: Set up 30.05., 2x trade fair day 31.5.-1.6., dismantling 2.6. Price CHF 64.00 / Total
